4. Payments & Deposits
Clients are required to pay a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance will be billed in accordance with the contract milestones or completion stages. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, blueprints, proposals, and digital content provided by the Company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Liability & Warranties
We strive to deliver high-quality work and adhere to building codes and safety standards. However, we shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party suppliers, subcontractors, or force majeure events. Limited warranties may apply and will be defined per project.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms. The client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Dispute Resolution
